摘要
对第一炼钢厂1号宽板坯连铸机板坯表面纵裂纹产生机理及主要原因进行了分析,[C]质量分数在0.10%-0.16%范围内为裂纹敏感性钢种,当锰硫比大于30时表面纵裂纹指数显著降低。从保护渣、结晶器冷却、液面波动和拉速控制等几个主要方面进行分析并提出预防板坯表面纵裂纹的措施,使板坯表面纵裂纹得到了有效控制。
The mechanism and causes of longitudinal cracks on the surface of wide slab are analyzed. When the carbon content is 0.10% -0.16% ,the steel in peritectic area is easy to generate surface longitudinal cracks. When the con- tent of Mn and S is more than 30, the odds of the longitudinal cracks reduce obviously. Some major factors are analyzed such as flux, water of mold, level fluctuation in mold and casting speed. Some preventive measures are put forward to control longitudinal cracks effectively.
