摘要
报道1例右乳腺癌术后患者化疗后第二天行低分子右旋糖酐静脉输注发生哮喘,后给予地塞米松、氨茶碱及氧氟沙星合用,临床药师对此过程进行评价,并经过多学科综合会诊抢救,综合用药后患者情况好转出院。
Reported in this paper was one case of low molecular dextran intravenous-caused asthma of breast cancer patients on the second day after postoperative chemotherapy. The patient got combination treatment of dexamethasone, aminophylline and ofloxacin, and multidisciplinary comprehensive consultation and comprehensive rescue. Clinical pharmacists also made evaluation during the whole process. The patient finally had her disease status improved.
