摘要
妇幼保健与计生服务机构整合,涉及到人、财、物、服务功能等各方面的整合,其中如何在整合中加强人才的使用和培养,使机构整合发挥出"1+1>2"的功效,该文略作探讨。整合后根据机构整合后的业务性质、机构功能,将现有人员根据专业性质归口到相应岗位,同时重视后续人才的培养和储备,极力为职工创造学习条件和进修深造机会,培养造就一批实用型人才,基本形成各级各类人才的"梯形"结构。关于未来人才培养的计划和思考,要着重培养造就创新型人才;制定人才培养目标和时间表;明确定位培养重点,提高核心竞争力;建立和完善人力资源管理机制。这样才能确保人才进得来、留得住。
