驻粤某部医院科室医德医风问题及对策分析

目的探讨医院医德医风建设存在的问题,完善其体系,不断满足部队官兵和人民群众日益增长的合理医疗需求。方法通过开展专项整治活动,自查自纠,制定整改措施。结果存在医德医风问题主要原因有:服务意识淡薄、责任心缺乏、沟通不到位、业务能力不强、医疗费用高。结论加强医德医风建设主要依托加强支部建设、改善服务态度、加强医患沟通、提高医疗质量、坚持合理收费、加强法制教育。

Objective To explore the problems existing in the construction of medical ethics and hospital, perfect its system,constantly meet the troops and people increasingly reasonable medical needs. Methods Through the rectification activities,self-check, formulate corrective actions. Results Exist the problem of medical ethics and main reasons are： lack of service consciousness, the sense of responsibility, communication does not reach the designated position, business ability is not strong, the high cost of health care. Conclusion To strengthen the construction of medical ethics mainly depends on strengthening the construction of party branch, improve service attitude, strengthening the doctor-patient communication,improve medical quality, adhere to the reasonable charge, strengthen legal education.
