摘要
目的调查分析女性妇科疾病检出情况,为防治提供依据。方法选取2011年1200例和2015年988例在该院接受体检的女性为研究对象,观察比较两组患者所患的妇科疾病种类和各年龄段的发病情况。结果 2011年的患病率为500例(41.67%),2015年的患病率为450例(45.55%),2015年与2011年的患病率之间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);2011年和2015年两组女性所患的妇科疾病均主要由盆腔积液、子宫肌瘤、宫颈肥大伴纳氏囊肿、子宫肥大、卵巢囊肿和子宫内膜异位症等构成,其中盆腔积液在妇科疾病中的患病率为最高,子宫肌瘤的患病率比盆腔积液少,而卵巢囊肿和子宫内膜异位症的患病率较少,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);同时可以从各年龄段的患病率情况可以观察到,40~50岁年龄组的患者患病率比其它年龄组的高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论经过彩色超声仪检查可以清楚发现妇科疾病的构成及其患病率,以及2015年与2011年的妇科疾病患病率相比较并未降低,需要呼吁妇女注重自身健康并每年进行体检,及时发现及时治疗,提高患者的生活质量。

Conclusion By ultrasound can clearly found that disease of Department of gynaecology composition and the prevalence rate, and in 2015 and 2011 disease of Department of gynaecology prevalence rates did not reduce, need to appeal to women pay attention to their own health and physical each year, timely find timely treatment, so as to improve the quality of life of the patients.
