儿童用药的隐患与防范措施

The Hidden Trouble of the Children's Drugs and Preventive Measures

目的对儿童用药的安全隐患问题进行分析,并提出相应的防范处理对策。方法收集2015年1月—6月该院儿科儿童用药资料,从处方、药物品种、规格、说明书、用药数量、用药有效性、用药管理等方面进行儿童用药的安全隐患分析,并提出相应的防范措施,从后半年开始全面加强管理。结果儿童用药安全隐患主要包括:(1)抗病毒或抗生素类药物的不合理使用;(2)药品规格、剂型、包装不合理;(3)用药项目含糊;(4)静脉用药隐患等几类。针对儿童用药安全隐患问题,于2015年7月开始采取有效措施进一步加强儿童用药管理,管理前后儿童用药隐患发生率分别为9.40%、1.80%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童用药安全隐患问题应该得到临床的高度重视,及时分析隐患产生的原因,提供切实、可行、针对性的防范措施,进一步推进相关指南及法规政策的执行与落实,以促进儿童临床用药的安全性与规范性,为减少用药安全质量事件,促进医护患和谐打好基础。

Objective Analysis of children＇s medication safety problems, and puts forward corresponding preventive countermeasures. Methods Collected from January 2015 to June pediatric medicine for children in our data, from prescription,drug varieties, specifications, manuals, number of drugs, drug efficacy, drug management, children＇s medication safety hazard analysis and put forward the corresponding precautionary measures, from the second half began to strengthen overall management. Results Children＇s medication safety mainly include：（1）Antiviral or unreasonable use of antibiotic medicines;（2）Drug specifications, dosage forms, packaging is not reasonable;（3）Drug project vague;（4）Intravenous drug use hidden dangers such as categories.According to children＇s medication safety hidden trouble problem, began in July 2015, medicine for children to take effective measures to further strengthen management, management of children＇s drugs before and after the hazard rate are 9.40% and 1.80% respectively, compare have obvious difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Medicine for children deserve clinical attaches great importance to the security problem, to analyze the causes of hidden danger in time,to provide practical and feasible, the corresponding preventive measures, to further advance the related guidelines and the execution and implementation of the laws, regulations and policies, so as to promote the safety of clinical drug use for children and standardization, in order to reduce drug safety and quality, promote health care with harmony.
