摘要
目的分析并探讨安全细节管理在呼吸内科护理工作中的应用效果。方法随机选取所在医院呼吸内科110例住院患者作为观察组,实施安全细节管理。同时,选择同期呼吸内科110例住院患者作为对照组,对其进行常规护理,比较2组患者护理干预情况。结果观察组患者健康宣教、护理服务态度及患者就诊满意率评分均明显高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理风险事件发生率及患者投诉率分别为0、0.63%,对照组护理风险事件发生率及患者投诉率分别为3.75%、4.38%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将安全细节管理应用在呼吸内科临床护理工作中,能够不断深化护理服务理念,规范护理人员工作行为。同时,安全细节管理可减少护理风险,提高患者就诊满意率,对构建和谐医患关系具有一定的促进作用。
Objective Analysis and discuss security detail management application in respiratory medicine nursing effect.Methods Randomly selected from the hospital respiratory medicine, 110 cases of hospitalized patients as observation group, the implementation of safety management details. Respiratory medicine at the same time, choose the same period110 cases of hospitalized patients as control group, routine nursing care, to compare the nursing intervention in patients with 2 groups. Results Observation group of patients' health education, nursing service attitude and patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher than that of control group, two groups statistically significant difference(P〈0.05); Observation group and the incidence of nursing risk events in patients with measured 0, 0.63%, respectively, and the control group in the incidence of nursing risk events and the patients were measured respectively 3.75%, 4.38%, 2 were significantly difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Apply security detail management in respiratory medicine clinical nursing work,able to continuously deepen nursing service idea, regulate the behavior of nursing work. At the same time, the security detail management can reduce the risk of nursing care, improve patient satisfaction, to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship has a certain role in promoting.
