细节管理在神经内科管理中应用的效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨细节管理在神经内科日常工作管理中的应用效果。方法对比实施细节管理前后神经内科医护人员的工作能力与水平。其中,医生评价指标包括理论知识考核、临床技能考核、病历书写考核等;护士评价指标包括健康宣教水平、护理服务态度水平、护理满意度水平等。其中,医生相关指标考核由医院制定并实施,护士相关指标考核通过发放调查问卷的方式由病区患者评分。结果细节管理实施前,医生理论知识考核、临床技能考核、病历书写考核评分分别为(81.36±5.32)、(83.03±4.14)、(81.36±5.09),实施后分别为(90.23±4.02)、(94.12±2.95)、(95.35±1.55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细节管理实施前,护士健康宣教水平、护理服务态度水平、护理满意度水平评分分别为(85.03±4.37)、(83.11±5.19)、(86.32±5.07),实施后分别为(95.36±2.04)、(94.32±1.97)、(95.87±2.37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科日常管理中实施细节管理,能够显著提高医护人员的自身业务水平及服务水平,有利于临床各项工作的顺利开展。 Objective To study the clinical application effect of details management in the neurology department. Methods Before and after details management, the service ability and level of medical staff in the neurology department was compared. The evaluation index for doctors included theorectical knowledge examination, clinical skill examination, writing level of medical record; the evaluation index for nurses included the health education, nursing service and attitude, nursing satisfaction. The doctors received the examination of the hospital; the nurses received the patient's evaluation through the questionnaire. Results Before management, the evaluation score of the doctor's theorectical knowledge, clinical skill, writing level of medical record was(81.36 ±5.32),(83.03 ±4.14) and(81.36 ±5.09); after management, the score was(90.23 ±4.02),(94.12±2.95) and(95.35±1.55)(P〈0.05); before management, the evaluation score of the nurse's health education, service and attitude as well as patient's satisfaction was(85.03±4.37),(83.11±5.19) and(86.32±5.07); after management, the score was(95.36±2.04),(94.32±1.97) and(95.87 ±2.37)(P 0.05). Conclusion In the neurology department, the details management can greatly improve the medical staff's professional level and service level and gurantee the successful development in clinical practices.
