优质护理管理模式在内科护理管理中的应用探讨

目的分析内科护理管理中实施优质护理管理模式的临床效果。方法选取该院内科74名护理人员按照不同的护理管理模式随机分为观察组(采用优质护理管理模式)和对照组(采用常规护理管理模式),对比分析两组护理人员认知能力以及患者护理满意度等情况。结果观察组护理人员在优质护理相关知识、优质护理管理态度、优质护理管理行为以及优质护理管理环境等各方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活护理、心理护理、健康教育以及服务态度等护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内科护理管理中实施优质护理管理模式可大大提高护理人员的认知能力以及患者对护理服务的满意度,确保临床护理质量,可在临床上进一步广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the implementation of quality nursing management mode in the nursing management in the Department of internal medicine. Methods A total of 74 nursing staff in our hospital according to different mode of nursing management were randomly divided into two groups： observation group（treated with high quality nursing management mode） and the control group with routine nursing management mode, comparative analysis of two groups of nurses＇ cognitive ability and patient satisfaction with nursing care situation. Results The observation group nursing staff in the quality of nursing related knowledge, the quality of nursing management attitude, the quality of nursing management behavior and the quality of nursing management environment and other aspects of the scores were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Observation group of life care, psychological care, health education and service attitude and other nursing satisfaction scores were significantly higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Medicine nursing management in the implementation of the quality of nursing management mode can greatly improve the nurses＇ cognitive ability and patient to nursing service satisfaction, to ensure the quality of clinical nursing, clinical further extensive promotion.
