责任制护理小组管理模式在妇产科的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析评价责任制护理小组管理模式在妇产科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2015年7—9月为对照阶段,以2015年10—12月为观察阶段,抽取期间妇产科护理人员20名作为研究对象。对照阶段实施常规护理管理模式,观察阶段实施责任制护理小组管理模式。对比护理管理质量以及护理人员职业认同感评分结果差异。结果观察阶段专科护理评分为(96.5±1.6)分,基础护理评分为(96.2±1.3)分,服务质量评分为(98.1±0.6)分,分级护理评分为(97.3±0.8)分,病区管理评分为(96.9±0.6)分,健康教育评分为(97.5±0.3)分,消毒隔离评分为(97.5±0.2)分,均显著高于对照阶段评分(P<0.05)。观察阶段护理人员职业目标评分为(16.5±1.3)分,职业认同评分为(16.2±0.6)分,职业价值观评分为(17.6±0.5)分,职业态度评分为(18.9±0.6)分,职业自我概念评分为(17.5±0.5)分,均显著高于对照阶段评分(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理管理中引入责任制护理小组管理模式,对优化护理管理质量,提高护理人员职业认同感有积极价值,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the primary nursing team management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management application. Methods Select July 2015 — September 2015 as the control phase, to the period October 2015 — December2015 for the observation phase, extraction of obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff 20 as research subjects Control phases routine care management model, the implementation of accountability observation phase care team management. Compare the quality of nursing management and nursing professional identity scores were different. Results Stage specialist care ratings(96.5±1.6) points based care ratings(96.2±1.3) points for the quality of service score(98.1±0.6) points, grading nursing rated(97.3±0.8) points, Ward management score was(96.9±0.6) points, health education score was(97.5±0.3) points, disinfection and isolation score was(97.5±0.2) points, which were significantly higher than the control stage scores(P〈0.05). Observation period nursing career goals ratings(16.5±1.3) points, professional identity score was(16.2±0.6) points, rated professional values(17.6±0.5) points, career attitude score was(18.9±0.6) points, occupational self the concept for the score(17.5±0.5) points, which were significantly higher than the control stage scores(P〈0.05). Conclusion The introduction of obstetrics and gynecology nursing management accountability care team management, nursing management to optimize quality, improving nurses' professional identity has a positive value, worthy of clinical application.
