内镜置入鼻空肠营养管的技术研究及分析

Technical Research and Analysis of Nasal Jejunal Feeding Tube Placement through Endoscopy

目的探讨内镜置入鼻空肠营养管的技术研究及分析。方法该文研究整群选取研究对象116例,均为2012年2月—2015年8月该院收治的行空肠营养支持的患者,根据入院先后顺序将所有患者分为2组,一组进行鼻空肠营养管鼻胃镜导丝引导置入(观察组),另一组进行鼻空肠营养管内镜下常规推送式置入(对照组),分析两组措施的有效性。结果观察组患者的平均置管时间(6.25±0.25)min及不良事件发生率(18.97%)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜置入鼻空肠营养管具有方便、快速、有效等优点,通过采用鼻胃镜导丝引导置入能够进一步提高置管成功率,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To discuss the technical research and analysis of nasal jejunal feeding tube placement through endoscopy. Methods 116 cases of patients receiving nasojejunal nutritional support admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2012 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the admission order, the observation group received nasal jejunal feeding tube wire-guide placement through transnasal gastroscope, the control group received nasal jejunal feeding tube conventional push-type placement through endoscopy, and the effectiveness of the two groups were analyzed. Results The average catheter-retaining time and incidence rate of adverse events were respectively（6.25±0.25） min and 18.97% in the observation group, which were obviously better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Nasal jejunal feeding tube placement through endoscopy is convenient, rapid and effective,and wire-guide placement through transnasal gastroscope can further improve the success rate of catheter-retaining and reduce the incidence rate of adverse events.
