腹腔镜微创手术治疗小儿阑尾炎疗效研究

Research on Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treatment of Children Acute Appendicitis

目的探讨腹腔镜微创手术治疗小儿阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法整群选取2010年12月—2015年10月该院收治的采用腹腔镜治疗的98例阑尾炎患儿作为腹腔镜组,并与同期收治的采用开腹手术治疗的98例患儿作为开腹组,比较两组手术效果和并发症发生率。结果腹腔镜组患儿术中出血量为(27.57±5.97)m L、排气时间为(19.54±4.37)h、住院天数为(6.02±1.23)d、并发症发生率为2%,均明显优于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜微创手术治疗小儿阑尾炎的临床疗效满意。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in treatment of children acute appendicitis. Methods 98 cases of children with acute appendicitis receiving laparoscopic treatment from November 2010 to October 2015 were selected as the laparoscopic group, 98 cases of children with acute appendicitis receiving laparotomy treatment at the same period were selected as the laparotomy group, and the operative effects and incidence rates of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, exhaust time,length of stay and incidence rate of complications in the laparoscopic group were respectively（27.57±5.97） m L,（19.54±4.37）h,（6.02±1.23） d and 2%, which were obviously better than those in the laparotomy group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in treatment of children acute appendicitis is satisfactory.
