灯盏花素治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效分析

Analysis of Efficacy of Breviscapine in the Treatment of Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

目的探讨分析灯盏花素治疗缺血性视神经病变的效果。方法整群选取2012年2月—2015年2月期间收治的72例缺血性视神经病变患者随机分成例数各为36例的对照组和实验组,患者到院诊治时间2012年2月—2015年2月,两组患者均予以常规治疗,以此作为基础,对照组患者加用丹参注射液,实验组患者加用灯盏花素注射液,观察分析两组治疗效果,并进行比较。结果通过一段时间的治疗,实验组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为72.2%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在缺血性视神经病变治疗中应用灯盏花素,可提高治疗效果,疗效确切,使用价值高,推荐在临床中使用。

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of breviscapine in treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods72 cases of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, both groups were treated with the conventional method,the control group were treated with danshen injection on this basis, the experimental group were treated with breviscapine injection on this basis, and the treatment effects of the two groups were observed, analyzed and compared. Results After a period of treatment, the total effective rate was 91.7% in the experimental group and 72.2% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Breviscapine in treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy can improve the treatment effect, and the curative effect is definite and the use value is high, which is recommended to be used in clinic.
