胃肠超声助显剂诊断胃部疾病的可行性研究

Research on Feasibility of Gastrointestinal Ultrasonic Aid in Diagnosis of Gastric Diseases

目的研究探讨胃肠超声助显剂诊断胃部疾病的可行性。方法方便选取2014年3月—2015年3月期间在该院接受胃肠超声检查的患者500例作为研究对象,均在检查前口服助显剂,观察患者的检查结果,计算其检出阳性率,并以胃镜检查或者手术病理检查结果为依据,计算其诊断的符合率。结果经胃肠超声造影检查,检出包括炎性病变、溃疡性病变等在内的9种胃部疾病,共计462例,检出阳性率为92.4%,其中,以炎性病变的检出阳性率最高,为63.8%,显著高于其他类型的胃部疾病,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以胃镜检查或者手术病理检查结果为依据,可见胃肠超声造影的总符合率为90.6%。结论在胃部疾病的诊断中,使用超声助显剂,能大大扩展胃肠超声诊断的范围,胃部疾病的检出率、准确度都比较高,且操作方便无创、经济性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To research and discuss the feasibility of gastrointestinal ultrasonic aid in diagnosis of gastric diseases. Methods 500 cases of patients receiving gastrointestinal ultrasonography in our hospital from March 2014 to March2015 were selected as the research objects, all patients took the aid orally before examination, the examination results of patients were observed, the detection positive rate was calculated and the diagnostic accordance rate was calculated according to the gastroscopic examination result or operative pathologic examination result. Results 9 types of gastric diseases including the inflammatory lesion and ulcerative lesion were detected by gastrointestinal contrast ultrasonography, and the detection positive rate was 92.4% with 462 cases in total, among them, the detection positive rate of the inflammatory lesion was the highest（63.8%）, which was obviously higher than that of the other types of gastric diseases, and the comparisons had statistical differences（P〈0.05）, the total accordance rate of gastrointestinal contrast ultrasonography was 90.6% according to the gastroscopic examination result or operative pathologic examination result. Conclusion The ultrasonic aid in diagnosis of the gastric diseases can largely extend the gastrointestinal ultrasound diagnostic range with convenient operation, non-invasion and good economy, and the detection rate and accuracy of the gastric diseases are higher, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
