目的医院护理工作风险管理计划目的就是进行风险识别、风险评估、确定风险管理的职责,制定风险管理的措施,确定如何进行风险管理活动以及为风险管理提供完整行动纲领的计划。方法笔者运用矩阵的方法和原理以及专家咨询等方法对自己所工作的医院存在的护理工作风险进行识别、量化评估,并提出相应的治理措施,来消除或减低风险。结果发生频率高的风险产生的后果严重程度最高,对医院的影像也最大。笔者总结出了10类工作的风险因素,患者安全风险发生的频率最高,产生的后果程度最严重。结论制定医院护理工作风险管理计划,有利于统一领导,统一指挥,通畅快捷地应对各种风险。能够有效预防、及时控制和消除各种风险所造成的危害,保障患者和医务人员身体健康与生命安全。

Objective Purpose of hospital nursing risk management plan is risk identification,risk assessment,determine the risk management responsibilities,develop risk management measures,to determine how risk management activities and provide a complete programme of action plans for the management of risk. Methods The author used matrix method,principle and expert consultation method of her hospital exists the risk of nursing work of identification,quantitative assessment,and put forward the corresponding control measures,to eliminate or reduce the risk. Results The risk of the high frequency of the consequences of the severity of the highest,most of the hospital image.The author summarizes the risk factors of 10 types of work,the safety risk of patients with the highest frequency,the most serious consequences of the. Conclusion The plan of risk management of nursing in hospitals,is conducive to the unified leadership,unified command,smooth and rapid response to a variety of risks.To be effective in the prevention and timely control and eliminate the harm caused by various kinds of risks,protect the patients and medical staff in the health and safety of life.
