初产妇产后中医保健知识需求状况调查

目的对初产妇产后对中医保健知识的需求程度进行调查,旨在更好地满足初产妇的护理需求并提高治疗护理服务质量。方法选择该院100例初产妇作为研究对象。在生产后对产妇中医保健知识需求度、获取保健知识的来源途径及具体内容等情况进行调查总结分析。结果绝大部分初产产妇对掌握产后保健知识的需求较迫切;初产产妇希望通过医务人员一对一的教育及专家指导这两种方式获得中医保健知识;产后泌乳及乳房、子宫的养护与恢复是初产产妇最关心的产后保健知识。大部分患者表示对医院提供的中医产后保健知识工作表示满意,但仍有少部分产妇表示对其提供的产后治疗与护理服务工作表示不满意。结论初产产妇在产后对中医保健护理知识需求度较高,临床应尽量加强对初产妇产后的中医保健服务工作,缩短产后恢复时间并提高其生活质量,全面提高中医保健服务的临床满意度。

Most of the patients said that the hospital provided by the Chinese medicine postpartum care knowledge work satisfaction, but there are still a small number of maternal said the delivery of the postpartum treatment and care services are not satisfied with the work. Conclusion Early maternal postpartum of TCM health care knowledge needs a higher degree, we should strengthen the clinical care of Chinese medicine in primiparas, shorten the postpartum recovery time and improve the quality of life, improve the clinical satisfaction of Chinese health service comprehensive.
