摘要
目的运用品管圈管理模式建设ICU优秀护理团队,提高护理质量,促进学科发展。方法成立ICU护理队伍建设品管圈,依据PDCA理论,针对该科2013年前(对照组)护理队伍力量薄弱,护理质量滞后,不良事件发生率高的现状进行分析,各品管小组根据自身分管的版块找原因及实施解决方案。结果 2014年1月始实施品管圈管理模式后护理质量考核、不良事件发生率、满意度等指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU护理队伍建设中采用品管圈管理模式,能有效提高凝聚力,提高专业技术水平,提高护理质量及满意度,降低不良事件的发生。
Objective To improve the quality of nursing and promote the development of the subjects by using the management mode of product management circle to construct ICU excellent nursing team. Methods Established ICU nursing team construction quality control circle, according to PDCA theory. According to our department before 2013(control group) nursing team weak and nursing quality lag, adverse events occurred rate high situation analysis, the tube group according to section in charge of their own to find the reasons and solutions to the implementation of the scheme. Results After the implementation of the quality control circle management model in January 2014, the nursing quality assessment, incidence of adverse events, satisfaction and other indicators were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion In the construction of ICU nursing team, the management mode of quality control circle can effectively improve the cohesion, improve the professional level of technology, improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
