优质护理在陪送患者检查过程中应用

The Application of High Quality Nursing in Patients with Pad Man Checking Process

目的探讨来我院接受检查的患者及其家属在陪送检查过程中应用优质护理的效果。方法对自2015年1—2015年10月近1年来该院接受检查的患者共5 876名作为研究对象,1~5月份共陪检患者3 844名设为优质护理组（以下简称优组）实施优质护理;6~10月份共陪检患者2032名设为常规护理组（以下简称常组）实施常规护理。评价两组患者检查时间,配合程度,中途中止率以及满意程度等指标。结果优组的满意度为95.7%（3679/3844）,常组满意度为83.0%（1687/2032）,差异显而易见（Z=0.658,P〈0.05）。优组平均检查时间（1.21±0.38）h明显低于常组（2.88±0.75）h,差异显著（t=3.41,P〈0.05）;优组配合率98.0%（3769/3844）显著高于常组95.07%（1932/2032）,差异显著（χ~2=40.58,P〈0.05）;优组中途中止人数（10人）明显低于常组（45人）,差异显著（χ~2=54.76,P〈0.05）。优组健康知识得分达标率为91.57%（261/285）,与常组78.95%（105/133）相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理不仅能够提高患者及其家属在陪送患者检查过程中的满意程度,而且还能够有效缩短检查时间,提高患者及其家属的配合程度,减少中途中止的情况发生,提高患者对相关疾病知识的掌握水平。

Objective To explore the patients and their family members to the hospital inspection application in the process of pad man to check the effect of the high quality nursing care. Methods From January 20, 2015 to October 20, 2015 patients examined by our in nearly a year, 5876 as the research object, in 1 to 5 Pei Jian patients a total of 3844 set to high quality nursing group（hereinafter referred to as the optimal group） implementation of high quality nursing care; October 6 to Pei Jian patients a total of 2032 set to routine nursing group implement routine nursing group（hereinafter referred to as often）. Evaluation of two groups of patients with testing time, cooperate degree, the midway to suspend the rate and degree of satisfaction index. Results The optimal set of satisfaction was 95.7%（3679/3844）, often set of satisfaction was 83.0%（1687/2032）, the difference is obvious（Z = 0.658, P 〈0.05）. Optimal set of average check time h（1.21 ＋ 0.38） was lower than that in group often h（2.88 ＋ 0.75）, significant difference（T = 3.41, P 〈0.05）; Optimal group cooperate rate 98.0%（3769/3844）was significantly higher than often group 95.07%（1932/2032）, significant difference（χ~2= 40.58, P 〈0.05）; Optimal set of midway suspended number（10） was lower than that in group often（45 people）, and significant difference（χ~2= 54.76, P〈 0.05）. Optimal set of health knowledge score success rate was 91.57%（261/285）, compared with often group 78.95%（105/133）, statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion high quality nursing care can not only improve the patients and their families in the process of pad man patient check satisfaction, but also can effectively shorten the testing time, increase the degree of patients and their families to cooperate, reduce midway stop happening, for related disease patients, improve the mastery level of knowledge.
