手足口病突发性流行传染病的应急管理与护理措施分析

Foot and Mouth Disease Emergency Management and Care Measures Analysis of Sudden Prevalence of Infectious Diseases

目的分析手足口病(HFMD)突发性流行传染病的应急管理与护理措施。方法回顾性分析该院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的130例HFMD患儿临床资料,根据应急管理护理模式实施前后分为两组(各65例),对照组给予常规护理,研究组实施应急管理与综合护理,比较两组留院观察时间、病死率、家属满意度及随访情况。结果研究组病死率0.00%显著低于对照组10.77%(P<0.05);研究组家属护理满意率92.31%比对照组63.08%高,且后遗症总发生率3.08%比对照组13.85%低(P<0.05)。结论应急管理与有效护理措施应用于HFMD患儿,可有效降低患儿病死率及后遗症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the epidemic infectious disease of HFMD sudden emergency management and nursing measures. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2014- January 2015 clinical data of 130 cases of children with HFMD,according to the different nursing models were divided into two groups（each 65 cases）, the control group was given conventional nursing, emergency management and Study on comprehensive nursing care,compared two groups of observation time,mortality rate, family satisfaction and follow up. Results In the study group, the mortality rate of 0% was significantly lower than the control group 10.77%（P〈0.05）;the study family nursing satisfaction rate was 92.31% higher than the control group of 63.08%, and the total incidence of complications was 13.85% lower3.08% than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of emergency management and effective nursing measures in children with HFMD, which can effectively reduce the incidence of child mortality and sequelae, improve nursing satisfaction.
