摘要
目的该文探究小儿营养不良危险因素并提出科学的预防措施。方法小儿营养不良患者共计108例,与108例正常婴幼儿做对比,包括患儿平时的营养搭配、消化道感染情况、卫生感染、偏食、常吃水果蔬菜奶制品、城镇农村差异等方面。结果小儿营养不良状况与多种原因密切相关,如地区的差异、喂养方式、辅食的使用时间、营养搭配、家属妇幼保健意识等,观察组在以上相关因素上与对照组存在明显差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿营养不良是由于多方面因素导致,我们应从多方面对患儿进行干预并采取相应的预防措施。
Objective This paper explores the risk factors of malnutrition in children and puts forward scientific preventive measures. Methods A total of 108 cases of our hospital pediatric patients with malnutrition, and 108 cases of normal infants compared, including children usually the nutrition, digestive tract infection, infection of health, a partial eclipse, eat fruits and vegetables, dairy products, urban and rural difference. Results Related to the infantile malnutrition with a variety of reasons, such as regional differences, feeding patterns, cooking time, nutrition, family maternity and child health care consciousness observed group in the above factors and the control group, there is significant difference, the difference in statistics have significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Children with malnutrition is caused by many factors, we should be areas of intervention for children and take corresponding preventive measures.
