莒南县常住儿童与流动儿童免疫规划现状比较

The Status of Immunization Programs for Children and Migrant Children in Junan County

目的对该县流动及常住儿童免疫规划现状及管理对策进行探究和剖析。方法随机选取66名本地常住儿童,将其设为观察组,再选取66名流动儿童,将其设为对照组,采用问卷调查形式,或上门逐户访问,以家长保管的预防接种证或免疫接种卡为依据,了解儿童成长过程中疫苗接种情况,通过了解儿童建卡率及疫苗注射情况,分析儿童免疫规划现状,针对存在的问题制定相应的管理对策。结果从建卡（证）率方面分析,观察组和对照组分别为：100.0%,75.76%,组间差异显著,经χ^2检验后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。从儿童全程接种率方面分析,观察组儿童的全程接种率显著优于对照组,经χ^2检验后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论为了提高免疫接种率,做好疾病预防控制工作,建议疾控中心加强流动儿童免疫规划制定相应的管理对策。

Objective To explore and analyze the status quo and management strategies of the immune planning of mobile children. Methods Vandomly selected 66 local resident children, which will be set as the observation group, and selected66 migrant children, which served as the control group, using questionnaires or by home users access to parents custody the vaccination certificate or immunization card on the basis of understanding the growth of children vaccination, by understanding the rate of vaccination cards of children and local children＇s immunization status, analysis, development the corresponding management Countermeasures for the existing problems. Results From the cards（cards） rate analysis,observation group and control group respectively： 100.0%. 75.76%, the difference between the two groups significantly, by x2 test（P〈 0.05）, it is statistical significance. From the aspect of children＇s whole vaccination rate, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant, after X2 test, it was proved that P〈0.05 had statistical significance. Conclusion In order to improve the rate of immunization, do a good job in disease prevention and control, CDC recommends that in view of the present situation and problems of floating children immunization program formulate corresponding management measures.
