系统化管理对于预防手术室院内感染的必要性分析

Analysis the Prevention Effect of Using Systematic Necessity in Nosocomial Infection in the Operating Room

目的探讨系统化管理对于预防手术室院内感染的必要性。方法 2014年手术室开始施行系统化管理,以加强手术室环境管理,对2015年1—12月间以及2014年1—12月间实施管理前后的各项监测指标进行对比分析,比较开展系统化管理前后手术部位感染控制的质量。结果开展系统化管理前外科手术患者6 397例,出现手术部位感染患者53例,感染率为0.82%,开展系统化管理后外科手术患者7 564例,出现手术部位感染50例,感染率为0.66%,管理后较管理前手术部位感染下降了0.16%,开展系统化管理前外科手消毒、普通洗手、空气、物体表面监测以及环境卫生合格率均明显升高。结论采取手术室系统化管理措施能够有效预防手术室院内感染,减少手术感染率的发生,提高手术效果。

Objective To study the prevention effect of using systematic necessity in nosocomial infection in the operating room. Methods In 2014, operating room began to implement systematic management, to strengthen the administration of the operating room environment,compared the monitoring management indicators of January 2015-December and January 2014-December that before and after the implementation of management,compared surgical site infection control systematic management quality before and after the implementation of the systematic necessity. Results 6 397 cases received surgery before carried out systematic management, 53 patients occurred surgical site infection, infection rate was 0.82%, 7 564 patients received surgery after systematic management,50 cases occurred surgical site infection, infection rate was 0.66%, after the management the surgical site infection rate reduced by 0.16%,hand disinfection, ordinary systematic management, monitoring of the air, surfaces and environmental hygiene rate all significantly increased compared with before implementation of management. Conclusion Operating room carry out systematic management measures can effectively prevent the operating room nosocomial infection, improve the effect of surgery.
