摘要
北方铜业垣曲冶炼厂对转炉进行了70%-73%的高品位冰铜吹炼生产。针对高品位冰铜吹炼时热损失大,生产过程难以控制;转炉渣在炉内富集排烟困难;渣含铜高;风眼区损耗大,单炉使用周期短等问题,提出了相应的处理措施,取得了较好的效果。
High grade matte at 70% -73% converter converting is performed in Northe~:n Copper Smelter in Yuanqu. In view of high grade matte converting heat big loss, uncontrollability of production process; converter slag enrichment in furnace and exhausting issue of flue gas; slag containing high copper; the zone loss of tuyere, single furnace with short cycle and so on, the corresponding treatment measures are put forward in the paper. And the good effect is obtained eventually.
