摘要
铜钴矿中含有大量的战略金属钴,从铜钴矿中回收钴和铜金属具有重要经济价值和环保意义。本文研究了某复杂氧化铜钴矿的化学成分、物相组成、嵌布特征、机械和物理性质,为氧化铜钴矿的提取工艺提供理论依据。工艺矿物学研究结果表明,氧化铜钴矿石分为硬岩矿和软岩矿,软岩矿和硬岩矿中假孔雀石的比例都在20%以上,被褐铁矿包裹的铜和存在于黑云母的铜都在60%以上,并且铜钴矿中的铜、钴含量均较低,其中铜含量为1%左右,钴含量为0.05%左右,导致该矿难于处理。根据矿石特点和当地的具体条件,硬岩矿破碎后的块状样部分适合堆浸;硬岩矿破碎后的粉样部分及软岩矿适合搅拌浸出。
Copper and cobalt ore contains a lot of strategic metal cobalt. Cobah and copper recovered from copper-cobah mine has an important economic value and environmental significance. This paper studied the copper-cobalt oxidized ore in the aspects of chemical composition, physical phase composition, structure characteristics, mechanical and physical properties, providing a theoretical basis to copper and cobalt extraction technology. The results on process mineralogical show that the mineral consists of hard rock mine and soft rock mine. The percentage of pseudo-malachite in both of them is more than 20%. The content of copper which is wrapped by limonite and exists in the biotite is above 60%. The content of copper and cobalt are low in copper-cobalt ores, in which the content of copper is about 1% and the content of cobalt is about 0.05%. Therefore, it is difficult to treat the mineral. According to the characteristics of the ore and the local conditions, the block samples by hard rock mine. are suggested to use heap leaching and the powder sample and the soft rock are suggested to use sulfuric acid leaching.
