摘要
设计并实施的DCS控制系统对象包括粗矿堆、磨矿筛分、螺旋选别、磁选、精矿输送、尾款输送、浓密、脱水及回水等系统。工艺采用了破碎-磨矿筛分-磁选-浓密干燥流程,本DCS控制系统对各个子站集中监测分散控制,其中难点为磨机矿浆粒度控制。直接影响选别作业,针对该难点,笔者采用专家规则和模糊PID相结合的控制策略。DCS控制系统以给矿量、补水量等工艺参数为被控对象,将矿浆粒度控制在工艺指标范围内。
The DCS control system is designed and implemented by author in the paper, which is including coarse ore heap, grinding and screening, spiral selection, magnetic separation, concentrate transport, tail section transport, thickening, dewatering and backwater system. The process adopts the crushing and grinding, screening, magnetic separation and dense drying process. The DCS control system centralized monitors and decentralized controls each substation. The difficulty is the grinding particle size control which directly affects the flotation control. Aiming at the difficulty, the author adopts the combination of expert rules and fuzzy PID control strategy. such as feed, water supply, etc. as the controlled range of the technical index.
