摘要
哈锅新型烟煤旋流燃烧器已经成功应用于新建和改造的超临界锅炉机组,性能考核结果显示其低氮等性能优良。针对高灰分、着火稳燃较难的低挥发分煤,哈锅提出,在设计大中心回流区卷吸高温烟气的同时,强化回流区域内的湍流强度,优化回流区域内的煤粉着火稳燃条件的设计理念,并通过数值模拟、冷热态试验等方法,研发低挥发煤旋流燃烧器。本文介绍了该燃烧器的研发过程和其在某660 MW超超临界锅炉机组的应用,性能考核试验说明,该燃烧器低氮高效等综合性能优秀。
HBC' s new type swirl burner to the bituminous coal has been successfully applied in the construction and renovation of supercritical boiler unit, performance test results show its low NOx and other excellent performance. In the design of high ash and low volatile coal, the design idea is to optimize the flow of the pulverized coal in the recirculation zone, and to develop a low volatile coal swirl burner. This paper introduces the research and development process of the burner and its application on a certain 660 MW ultra supercritical boiler unit, the performance test shows that the low efficiency of the burner is choiceness.
