采用蒸汽压缩式热泵蒸发结晶器理论分析

摘要 在不同的化学过程中的采用热泵是一个重要和有效的节能方式,尤其是蒸发结晶过程采用热泵已经得到了应用。本文进行了蒸发结晶采用热泵技术可行性的研究,研究了采用带有热泵的蒸发结晶器的工艺,进行了相关计算。研究了给料温度和最初浓度对蒸汽耗量的影响。 This work presents a theoretical analysis of the technical feasibility and the potential of heat pumps to be used in the process of evaporative crystallization. Principle schemes of the process with heat pump are proposed and the corresponding calculations are performed. The effect of feed temperature and initial feed concentration on the heat steam are investigated.
