摘要
为实现以液态模锻方式批量生产高质量小型圆筒形铜合金零件,对液锻工艺方案和模具冷却系统进行了设计和分析,确定了液锻工艺参数和工艺流程,提出了模具冷却系统设计原则,并确定了模具冷却系统的工艺参数。
In order to mass-produce high-quality small cylindrical copper alloy parts by using liquid forging, the process plan of liquid forging and cooling system of the mould were designed and analyzed. Process parameters and process flow of liquid forging were determined. Design principles of the cooling system of the mould were put forward and parameters of the cooling system were determined.
