摘要
采用数值模拟技术对左侧围外板成形过程进行成形仿真，在考虑压边力、摩擦系数和材料参数变化等多个重要影响因素对零件成形性能影响的基础上，确定了零件冲压成形的关键影响参数，并确定r零件材料参数和冲压工艺参数的取值范围。
Forming simulation of forming process for left side outer panel was performed by using numerical simulation technology. After considering the influence of several important factors, including blank holder force, friction coefficient and material parameters, on formability, key parameters in stamping forming process were determined. The range of material parameters and stamping process parameters were also determined.
