摘要
首钢京唐公司2230酸轧机组原采用逐机架模式模式,每次启车机架问带钢浪形以及前张力不足产生的起套问题突出。为此,对启车过程中轧机的执行机构与控制系统的工作逻辑和运行状态进行调整,对全机架闭辊缝启车过程进行仿真分析,成功开发了全机架闭辊缝启车控制功能,实现了原料板5机架同时启车。
The frame by frame working pattern has been taken by Shougang Jingtang 2230 pickling line tandem cold rolling mill, which arose problems of strip wave shape and lack of forward tension force between mill stands. For this reason, the execution mechanism of rolling mill and control system operation logic and operation status in the course of mill start operation have been optimized, simalution of the whole frame closed roll gap has been made. The mill start-controlling pattern of whole frame closed roll gap has been mounted successfully, which fulfilled to start material strip on five-stands at the same time.
