采用鱼骨图分析法对矫直机辊缝偏差现象的研究

摘要 根据迁钢公司2号热轧卷开平生产线矫直机辊缝偏差现象,采用鱼骨图分析法从人员、设备、材料、方法和环境等5个方面分析了矫直机辊缝偏差的原因,并结合现场实际情况采取了相应措施,使辊缝偏差保持在工艺要求范围内。同时,为防止辊缝偏差现象再次发生,采取了预防措施,使设备停机时间明显减少,产品质量显著提高,经济效益显著。 The causes of roll gap deviation of straightening machine in Qiangang No. 2 hot strip cut- to-length line were analyzed from five aspects, including operators, equipment, material, methods and environment, by using the method of fishbone diagram. Corresponding measures were taken to keep the roll gap deviation within the range of technical requirements. Moreover, precautions were taken to prevent large deviation of roll gap. By taking these measures, equipment down time was reduced and product quality was improved, which increased economic benefits significantly.
