摘要
针对近年来高炉采用干法除尘工艺后,煤气管道和热风管道先后出现腐蚀开裂的问题,结合对管道腐蚀产物与管道内冷凝液的调查结果讨论了氯离子的来源、腐蚀机理与应对方案,并提出了包覆保温防结露、调整防腐涂料的施工顺序以及将氯含量纳入炉原燃料性价比评价体系等建议措施。
Aimed at the gas pipe and hot-air pipe corrosion cracking problem under the BF dry dust- catch process recently and combined the investigated results of pipeline corrosion products and condensate in pipeline, the sources of chloride ion, corrosion mechanism and adaptive plans are discussed. In addition, the improving measures, such as coating and thermal retardation, construction control of anti-corrosive paint, and chlorine content in iron ore to be evaluated for economical efficiency are present.
