摘要 通过拆除二段反应器进料预热器、氢气第一及第二预热器、硫化氢汽提塔再沸器,新增二段反应器进料加热器、二段反应器进出料换热器、热高分罐、脱戊烷塔进料预热器,改造二段加热炉,优化第二裂解汽油加氢装置的换热流程,合理利用二段反应器的反应热,同时通过对预分馏系统进行改造,提高装置的处理能力,改造后装置能耗较改造前降低了36%。 Reform on cracked gasoline hydrogenation unit was made in order to reduce energy consumption. Some measures were adopted, including dismantlement of feedstock preheater for the second section reactor, the first and the second preheater for hydrogen, stripper reboiler for hydrogen sulfide; newly built of feedstock heater and four import and export heat exchanger for the second section reactor, hot high separated tank, feedstock preheater for depentanizer; reform on the second heater; optimization on heat exchange flow of the second cracked gasoline hydrogenation, using reasonably reaction heat from the second section reactor; reform on the prefractionation system to increase the treatment capacity of the unit. Energy consumption was decreased by 36% contrasting with that of the unit before reform.
