摘要
为解决延迟焦化装置酸性水携带焦粉,造成下游酸性水汽提装置生产波动的问题,通过采用旋流分离技术进行改造,增上酸性水除焦粉系统,对酸性水中的焦粉进行脱除。改造实施后,酸性水中焦粉含量可由24.5~42.7mg/L降至2.13~2.75 mg/L,焦粉脱除率达到91%以上,酸性水浊液中焦粉含量达到463~713 mg/L,焦粉脱除效果良好,脱除焦粉后的酸性水减小了对酸性水汽提装置的影响,达到了预期的效果。
The coke powder carry - over with sour water in delayed coking unit could result in production fluctuation on the downstream sour water stripping unit. In order to solve the problem, coke powder removing system of the sour water was added by using hydrocyclone separation technology. The content of coke powder in sour water was decreased from 24. 5 -42. 7 mg/L to 2. 13 - 2. 75 mg/L and the removal rate of coke powder was more than 91% , the content of coke powder in sour water emulsion reached 463 -713 mg/L and the removal effect was good. Effect of the sour water after removing coke powder on the stripping unit was decreased, and the expected purpose was obtained.
