摘要
分析某炼油厂检修开工后2个月常一线腐蚀泄漏问题,针对泄漏的主要原因——垢下腐蚀,从预防结垢、减少结垢角度,在工艺防腐和设备材质控制方面提出了相应措施,实施其中两项措施后效果良好。
Corrosion and leakage problems existing in the No. 1 constant pressure relief line since two months after the maintenance were analyzed in some refinery. Aiming at underdeposit corrosion which was the main cause for the device corrosion, corresponding measures of control on process anticorrosion and equipment material quality were given to prevent and reduce the deposit. Good execution was obtained after two measures were adopted.
