在役隧道结构安全风险评估及控制措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 为揭示在役隧道结构安全风险,通过对在役隧道从土建结构风险、管理风险及环境风险3个方面选取15项风险影响因素,构建结构安全风险评估指标体系和层次结构。并基于模糊综合评价法,建立在役隧道结构安全风险评估模型。依托在役隧道工程,对该模型进行了验证。研究结果表明:该隧道结构风险评估等级为"中等",需要采用一定的风险控制措施来降低结构风险等级。从设计、施工及维修养护3个方面分别提出了在役隧道结构安全风险的控制措施。其研究结果可为类似隧道工程设计和施工提供参考。 Many accidents that happened in tunnel structures at home and abroad showed that there were varyious degrees of risks in the operating tunnel structures.The operat-ing tunnel structure risks should be studied systematically in the view of risk manage-ment.Based on the analysis of operating tunnel structure conditions,fifteen risk influence factors were adopted to establish an operating tunnel risk assessment index system and a hierarchy structure from three aspects,such as building structure,operation manage-ment and operation environment.An operating tunnel risk assessment model was put forward based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The model was applied in Daj inshan tunnel.The results show that the tunnel structure risk is considered as a mod-erate class,and some control methods should be taken as a low-grade structure risk class.At last,risk control methods for operating tunnel structures were proposed from three sections,such as survey and design,construction and operation management.The results can provide references for similar projects.
