摘要
随着中国城市化进程的加快,专业并且符合中国国情的扫路车需求日益增加,研究洗扫车的气力输送系统对相应结构进行优化就显得尤为重要。本文对典型的环卫洗扫车料箱部件内的流动情况进行两相流仿真分析,直观的表达料箱内部的速度、密度、压力值,结果对料箱结构的设计具有建设意义。
With the accelerated process of urbanization in China,the professional and national conditions of the road washing sweeper demand is increasing,research on pneumatic conveying system and optimizing its relative components structure become more important.In this paper,the two-phase flow field in the material box of a typical sweeper is analyzed, and the material inside the box speed, density, and pressure value in intuitive way. The results is constructive for material box structure design.
