摘要
用复合改性方法,即采用丙烯酰胺和马来酸酐联合改性玉米蛋白,在引发剂过硫酸铵作用下引发丙烯酰胺双键聚合制成复合改性玉米基胶黏剂,与传统胶黏剂进行对比分析;用傅立叶红外光谱分析复合改性玉米蛋白胶样品中活性基团的变化,探索改性玉米基胶黏剂耐水胶合强度的增强机理。结果表明:复合改性玉米基胶黏剂性能达到国家标准GB/T 9846—2004胶合板中Ⅱ类胶合板的耐水要求,其胶接的木制品无有害气体释放,达到国际E_0级水平。
By the composite modification method,sodium hydroxide to corn protein degradation,with acrylamide and maleic anhydride combined with modified corn protein,we studied the initiator ammonium persulfate role initiated polymerization of acrylamide carbon double bonds made of composite modified corn based adhesive compared with the traditional adhesive.We analyzed the change of active groups in composite modified corn protein adhesive by Fourier infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),and the mechanism of water resistance and strength of modified corn based adhesive. Corn protein composite adhesive modified by acrylamide met the national standard GB / T 9846- 2004 "plywood"in the second category of plywood waterproof requirements,its adhesive bonded wood products were without harmful gas release,and reached the international E_0 level.
