摘要
利用激励处的振动响应来反演振动荷载是振动工程中的重要技术,但振动响应物理量的选择会直接影响分析结果。文章选择不同的物理量进行微积分计算,并与实测值进行量化比较分析;结果表明,速度时程数据微分所得加速度时程数据拟合度好,速度可以作为振动测试过程中推荐的物理量。文中通过实际振动测试和分析来评估机床振动影响。
It is an important technology in vibration engineering to retrieve the vibration load from the vibration response of the excitation ,but different physical quantities of vibration response will directly affect the results of the analysis . The calculus calculation value and the measured values are com -pared .The results show that the calculated value of the acceleration from velocity differential is close to the measured values ,so velocity can be used as a recommended quantity in the process of vibration test .Then the vibration influence of machine tools is evaluated by actual vibration test and analysis .
