摘要
选用12种阻燃面料,通过对面料进行厚度、克重、经纬密度、阻燃性能及面料经过多次洗涤之后阻燃性能的变化来探究面料各项性能间的相互关系。结果发现,阻燃性能最优的6种面料为PBO,芳纶1414,TWARON、芳纶1313混纺面料,芳纶IIIA,芳纶1313,芳纶、腈纶和粘胶混纺面料。面料越厚,克重越大,经纬密度越小,面料热防护性能越好。
For 12 kinds of flame retardant fabrics, with the measurement of the thickness, weight, warp and weft density, flame retardant property and the change of fabrics flame retardant properties after several washing times, the relationship between those properties was explored. The results showed that the best flame retardant fabrics are PBO;aramid 1414;TWARON and aramid 1313 blended fabric;aramid IIIA;aramid 1313;aramid, acrylic and viscose blended fabric. The thermal protection is better if the fabric is thicker, heavier and the warp and weft density is lower.
