木芙蓉韧皮果胶提取及其对纯棉织物的功能整理研究

Research on the extraction of pectin from the cotton rose bast phloem and the functional finishing of the pure cotton fabric

以木芙蓉韧皮为原料,以酸性试剂提取木芙蓉果胶并用于纯棉织物的功能整理。研究结果表明,在酒石酸稀释液作为提取液、pH=2、提取时间90 min、料液比1∶30的工艺条件下,木芙蓉韧皮果胶得率可达13.24%,硫酸和盐酸也可作为提取试剂,但果胶得率低于酒石酸。纯棉织物经7.5%木芙蓉果胶溶液整理后,对于波长小于285 nm的紫外光透过率趋于零,UVA透过率为20.96%,UVB透过率为5.65%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率可达到99.777%。

The bast phloem of cotton rose was used as raw material and the pectin was extracted by the acid reagent. It was used for functional finishing of the pure cotton fabric. The results showed that the tartaric acid diluent was the ideal extraction reagent. The acquisition rate of the cotton rose bast pectin was able to 13.24%in condition of pH=2, extraction time 90 min, solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 30 . The sulphuric acid and the hydrochloric acid also could be used as extraction reagent, but the acquisition rate was inferior to tartaric acid . After the cotton fabric treated with 7.5%of cotton rose pectin, the UV transmittance of the light wave below 285 nm tended to zero, the penetration rate of UVA value was 20.96%, the penetration rate of UVB value was 5.65%,and the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus can reached 99.777%.
