捷太格特(JTEKT)成功开发“电机用新陶瓷球轴承”并实现量产

JTEKT Developing "New Ceramic Ball Bearing Used in Motor" Successfully and Implementing Batch Production

捷太格特（JTEKT）日前公布了轴承事业Koyo品牌宣传标语“Key of Your Operation”,今后将和客户一同合作致力于问题的解决,作为“可信赖的伙伴”为各个产业提供更加优质的产品.日前捷太格特（JTEKT）成功开发了“电机用新陶瓷球轴承”,其滚珠采用了新材料,热膨胀度与以往的材料相比,更加接近于内外圈.作为需要抗电蚀的电机用轴承,新型材料除了与以往的氮化硅材料具有同等绝缘性之外,在温度变化时内外圈和滚珠的间隙变化更小,这样就能够对应更多样的温度环境.

JTEKT had successfully developed new ceramic ball bearing used in motor, in which new materials with thermal expansion rate more closer to inner and outer rings than that of previous materials was adopted. During changing process of temperatures, the changes of gap between inner/outer rings and balls were smaller. In this way, the bearing is more suitable to more kinds of temperature environments.
