摘要
为研究纳米石墨烯和Mn O_2整理针织物的电热和感应性能,通过浸润涂覆、化学沉积和炭化方法对针织物进行处理,利用透射电子显微镜和原子力显微镜分析氧化石墨烯微观结构,采用扫描电子显微镜分析炭化针织物的表观形态和内部结构;并对试样的电热及感应性能进行测试。结果表明:经炭化处理后的Mn O_2、氧化石墨烯针织物展现出良好的电热和应力感应性能,整理后的织物可以应用于加热保温服装和可穿戴感应设备等。
In order to study the electric-heating and sensing properties of nano graphene and Mn O2 finished knitted fabrics, the modified knitted fabric is prepared via soaking and coating, chemical deposition and carbonization. In addition the microstructure of the graphene oxide is investigated through transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy, the surface morphology and the internal structure of modified knitted fabric is analyzed by evaluation with scanning electron microscope, and the electric-heating and sensing properties are tested.The results show that the graphene oxide and Mn O2 treated knitted fabric had excellent electric-heating and sensing properties, and it can be used as insulation clothing and wearable sensing device and so on.
