我国物流上市公司竞争力的影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Research on Influencing Factors of Corporate Competence in Logistics Listed Firms in China

文章整合产业经济理论、人力资本理论、公司治理理论以及制度理论等视角,着重分析企业规模、人才资源、企业所有制和企业所处区域对于物流企业竞争力的影响程度。基于我国全部88家上市物流企业2011~2013年的数据,实证检验企业规模、企业人力资源、企业股权性质、企业所在区域等因素与企业竞争力之间的关系。研究结果表明企业规模对于企业竞争力影响不显著,企业人才资源对物流企业竞争力有正相关影响,企业性质对于企业竞争力有一定的影响,企业区域对于企业绩效影响不大。该研究结果为我国物流企业提升竞争力提供了一定的借鉴,同时为政府部门制定物流行业发展的相关支持政策提供一定的指导意义。

The paper concentrates on finding the influence degree of the scale enterprise, the staffing, nature of business and the regional to logistics competitiveness. The paper chooses 88 logistics companies as samples, using SPSS statistical software tools for these three samples enterprise data 2011 ~2013 regression analysis. By studying the relationship between business enterprise scale, the final study showed little effect on the competitiveness of enterprises, staffing for logistics enterprise competitiveness has a positive correlation, for corporate nature of the competitiveness of enterprises have a certain influence, business area for corporate performance is not affected. This article provides the management and development of China＇s logistics enterprises reference. Finally, we also provide recommendations and prospects for logistics enterprises.
