摘要
果蔬农产品因其鲜活易腐的特性以及我国农产品物流基础差、管理落后、信息化水平低等原因,使果蔬农产品运输的货损货差率一直居高不下。通过改善物流基础设施、合理的包装和加强运输的组织管理可以有效地减少果蔬农产品运输的货损货差。
Fruit and vegetable products are fresh and perishable. Because agricultural product logistics has some problems such as bad foundation, backward management and low informatization, freight loss and damage of fruit and vegetable product transportion is always high in China. Through improving logistics foundation, reasonable packaging, bettter freight organization and management,freight loss and damage of fruit and vegetable product transportion can be effectively decreased.
