摘要
介绍了一种基于RFID技术的危化品仓库管理系统的应用方法。该系统在现有危化品仓库管理中引入RFID技术,对仓库内压缩气体、可燃液体、固体化学品和冷冻冷藏化学品用RFID标签作介质,为被标识物建立起以身份特征信息为核心的、可靠的、唯一对应的"电子镜像",依托以RFID为主的系列信息技术手段,将这一"电子镜像"真实、可靠、完整、动态地映射到应用系统的数字化平台上,对到货危化品的检验、入库、出库、移库、盘点等各个作业环节的自动化数据采集,确保企业及时准确地掌握各环节的真实数据,并对危化品进行实时监管和服务。
This paper introduces a method of using RFID technology in warehouse management system based on. The systematic introduction of RFID technology in the management of the existing dangerous goods warehouse in the warehouse, compressed gas,flammable liquid, solid chemicals and refrigerated chemicals with RFID tags as medium, is to establish the identity label information as the core, reliable, only the corresponding"electronic image", mainly relying on RFID the series of information technology,the digital platform of the"electronic image"true, reliable, complete and dynamically mapped to the application system, for delivery of hazardous chemicals inspection, storage, transfer, inventory and other operation each link of the automated data collection,real data to ensure timely and accurate grasp of the link the hazardous goods, and real-time supervision and service.
