物流管理专业高职本科与高职专科人才培养的差异性研究

Study on the Differences of Talents Cultivation Between Higher Vocational Undergraduate and Higher Vocational College in Logistics Management Specialty

技术型人才和技能型人才是当前现代物流行业需求较大的两类人才,分别由高职本科和高职专科教育培养。二者虽然都属于职业教育,但培养目标和培养模式存在很大不同。高职本科强调在宽基础理论上培养物流综合应用能力,高职专科侧重于面向单一岗位的操作性技能培养。文章从知识结构、层次规格、课程体系等方面进行了详细阐述。

Technical talents and skilled talents are two kinds of talents who are in great demand of the modern logistics industry, respectively, by higher vocational undergraduate and higher vocational college education training. Although both belong to the vocational education, but training objectives and training mode are very different. Higher vocational undergraduate emphasizes the cultivation of comprehensive application ability of logistics based on wide basic theory, higher vocational college focus on operational skills training for the single post. In this paper, the knowledge structure, level specifications, curriculum system and other aspects are described in detail in this paper.
