摘要
十二五期间是盐城市全面实施江苏沿海发展、长三角一体化发展两大国家战略的重要时期。在这五年里,盐城市的社会保障事业取得了较快的发展,覆盖率得到了很大的提高,各项保障制度也得到了一定的完善,但是从现状来看,盐城市政府在实际工作中仍存在着项目不均衡、人才缺乏、政策不协调以及管理机制不清等问题。特对盐城市社会保障政府工作现状进行分析,并提出建议对策以完善盐城市社会保障工作。
National Twelfth Five - year plan has profound impacts on the plan of Jiangsu Coastal City Development and the plan of integration of the Yangtze River Delta development. In this five years, the social security system in Yancheng has achieved rapid development, the coverage rate has been greatly improved, and the security system has been built up, but in the actual work on social security of the Yancheng municipal government, there are still some problems, such as unbalanced project, lack of talents, uncoordinated policy and unreasonable management mechanism. This paper analyzes the problems of social security work of Yancheng municipal government, and puts forward suggestions to improve the social security work in Yancheng.
