盐城市城市化进程中土地利用变化分析

Analysis of Land use Change in the Process of Urbanization in Yancheng City

城市化的物质本质是一种最强烈的土地利用变化。随着城市化的进程不断加快,区域的土地利用结构产生了很大变化,土地利用冲突及人地矛盾日益突出。基于此,研究了盐城市1996-2012年城市化进程与土地利用变化的关系。研究表明:盐城市目前城市化质量不高,小城镇数量多,规模小;建设用地扩张明显,城市化呈现外延扩张;在一定程度上盐城市城市化有利于土地集约利用,但有待继续发掘土地利用内涵。

The material nature of urbanization is one of the most intense land use changes. With the development of urbanization,the land use structure of the region has changed greatly,and the conflict of land use has become increasingly prominent. Based on this,the paper studies therelationship between urbanization process and land use change in Yancheng City 1996- 2012. The research shows that Yancheng City is not high,the number of small towns,the scale is small,the construction land expansion is obvious,the city is the extension of urbanization,to some extent,it is beneficial to the intensive use of land,but it needs to continue to explore the connotation of land use.
