摘要
以煤液化残渣为原料,经过纯化、聚合、纺丝得到沥青纤维。对沥青纤维进行稳定化工艺条件研究,并在炭化过程中增加牵伸力。讨论了不同稳定化条件对沥青纤维增重、纤维表面形貌、断面形貌以及力学性能的影响。综合起来,对于直径约20μm的沥青纤维,最佳稳定化工艺条件:280℃,2~4 h,空气流量50 L/h,所得炭纤维断面形貌较为完善、拉伸强度和弹性模量最高。
The pitch-based fibers were produced from coal liquefaction residue through purification, polymerization and spinning treatment. Stabilization process conditions for the obtained fibers were studied and drafting forces were loaded during the carbonization. The influence of stabilization conditions on weight gain, surface and section morphology, and mechanical properties of the pitch-based fibers was investigated.The results showed that the pitch-based carbon fibers with the diameter of 20 μm treated at 280℃ for 2-4 h in the air flow of 50 L/h, has the more perfect section morphology, and the highest tensile strength and young's modulus.
